Notre Dame Dante Day - "Dante across the Curriculum"

Location: Eck Visitors Centers Auditorium

In connection with the 2021 Dante centenary, the Devers Program in Dante Studies and the Center for Italian Studies is this day dedicated to the discussion of the role the study of Dante plays in Notre Dame’s undergraduate and graduate curricula. It will follow closely on heels of the fifth annual Ravarino Lecture, delivered by Prof. Peter Hawkins (Yale) on April 8, 2021 and the year-long lecture series on Dante in America.

The program will feature a lecture by Dr. David Lummus, Assistant Director of the Center for Italian Studies and Devers Family Program in Dante Studies at Notre Dame, on the history of the study of Dante at Notre Dame, and a series of roundtables with faculty from across the university.

More details will be provided as the date approaches.
